Training Vol orgs management committees I tell them they must keep enough in reserves to make all their staff redundant and close down, otherwise they might be trading negligently and illegally and may not be able to use the protection of the Ltd. But the Redundancy Payments Office tell me they don't go after individual directors of Ltd companies, and the directors of large firms don't seem to suffer any consequenses when their companies become insolvent. Are we being too cautious? Can someone help?
